🏠 House Rules – Please Read Carefully To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone, please follow these rules: 1. 🚫 No Parties or Events This is a quiet residential building. Loud gatherings, parties, or events are not allowed. Violation = immediate eviction with no refund ⸻ 2. 🚭 No Smoking Indoors Smoking inside the unit is strictly prohibited. Penalty: $200 + 1 night’s stay for deep cleaning and ventilation ⸻ 3. 🔑 Lost Key Card Please keep your key card safe. Lost card fee: 500,000 VND ⸻ 4. 👥 Maximum Occupancy Only registered guests are allowed to stay. Unregistered guests = extra charge or cancellation ⸻ 5. 🔇 Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM Please avoid loud noise during these hours. Late check-out without approval = extra charge ⸻ 9. 🔒 Security & Surveillance For safety, security cameras may be present in public/common areas only.
