🏠 House Rules – Please Read Carefully To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone, please observe the following: No Parties or Events: This is a quiet residential building. Loud gatherings are not allowed. Violation: Immediate eviction with no refund. No Smoking Indoors: Smoking inside the unit is strictly prohibited. Penalty: $200 + 1 night’s stay for deep cleaning/ventilation. Lost Key Card: Please keep your key card safe. Fee: 500,000 VND. Maximum Occupancy: Only registered guests are allowed to stay. Violation: Extra charges or cancellation. Quiet Hours (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM): Please respect the neighbors. Violation: Noise complaints may lead to eviction. No Pets: Not allowed unless explicitly approved in writing before check-in. Cleanliness & Damage: Please treat the home with care. Violation: Extra cleaning or repair fees for excessive mess/damage. Check-Out Time: Please adhere to your scheduled check-out time. Violation: Extra charges for unapproved late check-outs. Security & Surveillance: For your safety, cameras are present in public/common areas only. There are no cameras inside the unit. Fire Safety: No candles, incense, or open flames. Violation: $100 fine + applicable damage costs. Maintenance Issues: Report leaks, damage, or other issues immediately. Violation: Failure to report may result in guest liability. Linens & Towels: For in-room use only. Violation: Replacement costs charged for missing or permanently stained items. Trash Disposal: Dispose of trash properly in the hallway bin room before check-out. Violation: Extra cleaning fee for excessive trash left behind.
